Bridesmaids can be a good experience or a very bad experience. For me it was good (very good). I knew who I wanted to ask before I even got engaged.

The White Gallery – London Wedding Dress preview
Posted onSo, it’s that time of year again, when all of the top bridal designers meet in London to showcase their new collections. The models are primped and primed and the champagne flows freely! This is London Fashion week in the bridal world.
I am very interested to see this year if lace is still as huge and if sleeves and straps are still lurking around. I have a feeling after last years Royal Wedding we may be seeing more traditional tiaras compared to the younger more trendy side head pieces.
I have also found out that Kate Sherford is now going to be called So Sassi, Kate Sherford has always been a label of the Sherford group and was a slightly more affordable collection than the older sister Sassi Holford, however the label has now been re-branded as So Sassi, which im sure you will agree is a fun flirty name.
The Street Food Revolution. Done!
Posted onAs time goes by you will establish that me and Charlie are both big foodies and it hasn’t always got to have a Michelin star for us to want to eat it. We enjoy to a good rib role from the Rib Man located in brick lane (@theribman) or a mighty fine mother ship from the guys at Pieminister (@Pieminister), which was going to be our wedding breakfast of choice had we got married in the UK. So to my surprise on Friday afternoon I received the following tweet from Charlie while in work which I responded to as you can see below..
Home or Away?
Posted onThis is a question i’m sure many of you Brides-to-be have asked!
Well for me, it was a question that stayed around for about a year, Jonathan and I have always said we would like to get married in Italy as we love the country along with it’s views and food (of course).
When we first got engaged we had a trip planned to the Amalfi coast the following year, which we thought would be a perfect opportunity to have a look at some wedding venues, which it was.
We met with a wedding planner in a little town called Ravello who was lovely and showed us a few options, even though they were truly beautiful nothing really grabbed me, and I didn’t feel the overwhelming excitement your apparently supposed to feel.
